Our 100% grass-fed beef comes from pasture-raised Akaushi (Japanese Wagyu) x Angus cross cattle, known for their exceptional flavor and natural marbling. Raised in Hico, TX and rotated to fresh grass daily, our cattle enjoy a stress-free life with access to diverse forage, free-choice minerals, alfalfa pellets, oat hay, and haylage—never corn. We never use hormones or antibiotics, so you can feel confident in the purity of every bite.

Grass-fed beef is naturally leaner and richer in omega-3s, CLA, and key antioxidants, making it a more nutrient-dense, heart-healthier choice. Expect a robust texture and deeper, more complex flavor than conventional grain-fed beef—a true reflection of the land it’s raised on.
