Raised in Hico, TX and rotated to fresh grass daily, our cattle enjoy a stress-free life with access to diverse forage, free-choice minerals, alfalfa pellets, oat hay, and haylage—never corn. We never use hormones or antibiotics, so you can feel confident in the purity of every bite.

Chuck eye roast combines the bold flavor of the chuck with the tenderness found near the ribeye.
