Raised entirely on pasture in Hico, TX and rotated to fresh grass daily, our cattle enjoy a stress-free life with access to diverse forage, free-choice minerals, alfalfa pellets, oat hay, and haylage—never corn. We never use hormones or antibiotics, so you can feel confident in the purity of every bite.
