Our 100% grass-fed beef dino ribs come from pasture-raised Akaushi (Japanese Wagyu) x Angus cross cattle, known for their exceptional flavor and natural marbling. Raised in Hico, TX, our cattle are rotated to fresh grass daily and live stress-free with access to diverse forage, free-choice minerals, alfalfa pellets, oat hay, and haylage—never corn. We never use hormones or antibiotics, so you can feel confident in the purity of every bite.
Beef “dino ribs” (also known as beef plate ribs) are a show-stopping cut prized for their large size, rich marbling, and deep, beefy flavor.
