Our regeneratively raised, 100% grass-fed New York strip steak comes from pasture-raised Akaushi (Japanese Wagyu) x Angus cross cattle, known for their exceptional flavor and natural marbling. Raised entirely on pasture in Hico, TX and rotated to fresh grass daily, our cattle enjoy a stress-free life with access to diverse forage, free-choice minerals, alfalfa pellets, oat hay, and haylage—never corn. We never use hormones or antibiotics, so you can feel confident in the purity of every bite.

The New York strip is a classic steakhouse cut, taken from the short loin and prized for its balance of tenderness and bold, beef-forward flavor.
