Our pasture-raised bone-in chicken thighs come from chickens raised completely outdoors and rotated to fresh pasture daily, where they forage naturally and enjoy sunshine and space to move. This regenerative approach supports healthier soil, stronger ecosystems, and more nutrient-dense food.

We raise Freedom Rangers—a slow-growth, more active breed than the conventional Cornish Cross. Their natural growth rate and ability to move freely result in stronger, healthier birds and more richly flavored meat, all while supporting a more humane life.

Bone-in chicken thighs are known for their rich flavor, juiciness, and versatility.
